In keeping with the Company’s strategy to achieve excellent business process in all fields, the reliability of Human Resources is the key to success. To realize all of the above mentioned, a Talent Management was established, consisting of an integrative program that the Company is committed to. With a total of 22,105 employees, of which 98.08% (21,682 persons) are working on Site and 1.91% (423 persons) at the Head Office, and 0.15% (305 persons) at managerial level, in 2008 127 cadres of Assistant and Head Assistant level have been trained through a Leadership Development Program (LDP). In this program, the cadres obtain various business insights appropriate to their responsibility scope, and a mentor as partner for individual development through the Individual Development Plan (IDP), with the aim to be able to actualize the Individual Career Plan (ICP) in the future.
